The Product Development Project Manager is responsible for defining, planning, managing, and monitoring product development and service delivery projects. This individual will deliver high-quality products and services that meet business and technical requirements by adhering to established project standards and methodologies. This hourly (non-exempt) position supports the daily operations of the Product Development department.
The Product Development Support Team Lead oversees the Service Delivery Associates and manages their daily activities. This individual generates detailed reports on team performance, identifies patterns in customer issues, and deploys solutions to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, develops and implement procedures and policies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with supported departments to improve processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
The Health Account Services Account Executive is responsible for the execution of an aggressive business development plan and the solicitation of existing and non-bank HSA customers, as well as referral sources (TPAs, Brokers, etc.) for implementation of an HSA program.

The types of audits will include Information Security and governance, IT general controls, FDICIA (SOX) testing, financial, business process evaluations, and regulatory compliance. This individual will also assist with and support Internal Audit Department (IAD) quality improvement activities.

With a focus on prioritizing D365-related supportive tasks to provide the best user experience, this position promotes value to D365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) users by actively listening to their issues and challenges, providing high-level support, and enhancing on-demand training to drive adoption.

This six month training program will provide an opportunity to fully understand the Commercial Loan Department’s relationship to other areas of the bank, as well as an assessment of leadership skills and personal drive for results by completing rotations through different First American Bank departments and Commercial Loan Divisions. Upon successful completion of all aspects of training, the trainee will be placed on a team within the Commercial Loan Department.
